Hands down the best I have worked with...he will be used again for the next house! His no pressure way was helpful as well as his ability to help us go from house to house as for us it was a long process. He also listened to what our needs were and helped us get to them!
There was never any pressure from his side to "get it done" and that was huge...however he was always open and honest with what he saw in a house.

He was supportive and worked with my husband and I throughout the entire process of purchasing a home- checking in with us and answering any questions we had.

Truly one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Full amenities, wonderful space, big backyard and fabulous kitchen. The house is well situated for walking to downtown. Fantastic Time
We have two teenagers and two dogs. This was a great way for all of us to be together but also have space. It is a super cute and cozy house. It literally had everything we needed there. We didn't have to eat out which was a real money saver. The renter was very easy to work with. I would absolutely stay there again.

Cozy and comfy
This house was very comfortable. We needed a place to land before our townhome was available and it was great. Close to downtown, Close to shopping and good restaurants. Also, the owners are very nice and responsive if you need to get ahold of them .

I loved staying here! I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and this one is definitely one of my favs. I came to Rochester to go to Mayo (as I’m sure many reading this are as well). This house made a hard week of medical appointments more like a little retreat…. (The rest of the review is on Airbnb.com)

Would 100% stay here again!

This house was perfect for our stay to go to appointments at Mayo. It is located about a half a mile from the hospital. The house is adorable and provided everything we needed. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs and the quiet neighborhood was a great place to take the dogs for a walk. There is also a great park with extensive walking trails only a 1/2 a block away. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and Michael was quick to answer any questions. We are having to come back to Mayo in a couple of weeks and will be staying at Michael’s other house because unfortunately this one is not available. Highly recommend.
